Sure! There is a 15 Day Free Trial that will start automatically right after you sign up. During this period you will be able to use all the Calcurates features with no limits.
Yes! During the 15 Day Free Trial period you will be able to use all the Calcurates features with no limits.
Your Calcurates account will be locked. It means Calcurates will not return shipping methods and rates that you have set up in your account. Your settings and account will not be deleted. The account will be unlocked immediately once you subscribe to any plan.
Sure! You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan any time.
Our monthly plans are non-refundable. Our annual plans are refundable: we refund amount in proportion to the unused period minus amount for free configuration hours spent (configuration hours are not refundable).
Absolutely! All Shopify plans (excluding the "Pay As You Go" one) include 3 hours of FREE configuration service from our team. The rate for extra hours or ongoing configuration is $75/hour. The duration of the configuration strongly depends on your shipping requirements. But in most cases 2-4 hours are enough for our team. You may request configuration service here.
Credit is the Calcurates internal currency that you spend on various types of requests your platform sends to our service. Once subscribed to any plan, you may start following usage statistics in your Calcurates account.
There are 7,000 monthly credits included into a monthly Small plan. If you go beyond 7,000 credits we charge $0.01 per extra credit. Unused credits are not carried over to the next billing period. All features are available.
