Calcurates is a b2b shipping SaaS with a head office in Bratislava (Slovakia). Our software helps e-commerce calculate accurate shipping rates and display them on the storefront.

Calcurates iintegrates with major shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, e.t.c.) and e-commerce platforms (Magento, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, WooCommerce).

Currently we are a compact and remote-friendly team of 5 members and some external performers. We speak English, Slovak and Russian.

Overview
We are looking for a mid/mid+ PHP developer who is ready to join our friendly team. This role involves developing new features for our cloud-based shipping SaaS and integrating it with external carrier APIs (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and more) and new e-commerce platforms (BigCommerce, Wix, PrestaShop).

Customer Success Manager

Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for onboarding and consulting our new English-speaking clients, as well as supporting and communicating with the existing ones. This position presumes customer relationships with immersion into the specifics of the product, some technical skills, and working in a small friendly team.

  • Working with CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Optimisation and automation of customer service processes
