Calcurates is a b2b shipping SaaS with a head office in Bratislava (Slovakia). Our software helps e-commerce calculate accurate shipping rates and display them on the storefront.

Calcurates iintegrates with major shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, e.t.c.) and e-commerce platforms (Magento, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, WooCommerce).

Currently we are a compact and remote-friendly team of 5 members and some external performers. We speak English, Slovak and Russian.

Customer Success Manager

  • Overview
    We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for onboarding and consulting our new English-speaking clients, as well as supporting and communicating with existing ones. This role involves building strong customer relationships, diving deep into the specifics of our product, applying technical skills, and collaborating within a small, friendly team.

    In addition, this position includes tasks related to implementing and optimizing AI-driven automations to improve and streamline our customer support processes, helping us deliver faster and more efficient service.
