Can I upload my box sizes to Calcurates via a CSV file?

Yes, you may upload your box sizes for Shopify via a CSV file in your Calcurates Shopify account > Smart Packaging section. You may also add them manually via user interface.

Where do I check the weight and dimension units?

The weight (g, kg or lb) and dimension (cm or in) units are shared when Calcurates and Shopify store are being synced (Website > Settings > Platform Sync). You may specify units for every package individually in package settings and they will be converted to the Website unit.

What if a Shopify order doesn’t fit in one package or box?

The algorithm will use the multi-packaging and place the order items in two or more packages. Note, that some carrier services do not support shipping based on multiple packages — this will be specified in your Carrier Shipping Option and a fallback to the Volumetric Weight will be applied.

How do I add product dimensions to Shopify?

Set product dimensions using Shopify metafields and map them with the Calcurates app in Smart Packaging settings.

Which product parameters can I use to set custom Packaging Rules for Shopify?
